The Brief

The Little Coffee Company wanted to create community events and build the foundations needed to strengthen and sustain its community efforts. The goal was to establish meaningful connections with customers and corporate clients, increase engagement through local activations, and develop a framework for future community-led initiatives.

My Role

Over a two-month period, I’ve supported The Little Coffee Company’s growth by leading a range of creative, strategic, and community initiatives designed to strengthen brand engagement and long-term impact.

  • Developed brand strategy and introduction deck outlining event concepts, budgets, partnership opportunities, social media analysis, KPIs, and content pillars.

  • Planned and co-ordinated community events such as Pilates, run clubs, yoga and meditation sessions, and wreath-making workshops. All designed around seasonal changes to promote wellbeing and combat seasonal depression.

  • Coordinated brand pop-up activations across corporate spaces in the finance, tech, and law industries, expanding reach and visibility among professional audiences.

  • Led the end-to-end hiring process for a new Social Media Assistant, including job description, advertisement, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

  • Designed marketing and brand assets in Canva to support community events, pop-ups, and brand campaigns.

  • Managed event based email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, increasing awareness and engagement.

  • Partnered with brands such as Freesoul, Love Corn, and The Coconut Collab for event goodie bags, managing relationships and logistics.

  • Compiled and categorised an updated contact database to enhance relationship management and streamline partnership outreach.

  • Oversaw project management and workflow coordination using Monday.com to maintain timelines and alignment.

Skills

  • Community strategy and development

  • Event planning, co-ordination & budget management
